Art lover must ever hear anything about Vincent van Gogh. His full name is Vincent Willem van Gogh. Van Gogh was born in March 30th 1853. He has been named as one of the Dutch post impressionist painter. According to some art lovers, Van Gogh’s paintings have been considered as the most impressive paintings ever in his era. Those legacies have been considered as the greatest paintings that have ever made in the European art history.

Young Van Gogh was working as an employee in an art work seller company. He also worked as a teacher too. He started to become an artist on the year of 1880. In the beginning, Van Gogh preferred to use some dark colors for his works. He started to use the brighter colors soon after he went to Paris and met with the impressionism and neo-impressionism that totally gave some changes to his painting works.

Vincent Van Gogh was fallen into a sickness and the doctors have diagnosed his that he had epilepsy. Moreover, Vincent Van Gogh ever cut his own ear. He went crazy and spends the rest of his life in Saint Paul de Mausol in Saint Remy, a province in Paris. He remained to do his work to the death picked him up July 29th 1890. Vincent van Gogh died in his 37th age.

Art is a part of human creation which comes from their expressions of thoughts and emotions. Arts have come in many different kinds of forms like paintings, carvings, performing arts and many others. the art can also be found in the human customs and traditions. African arts for instance, most of the African arts are related to the tradition of African people.

One of the most famous African arts is the sculptures which aimed for the religion purposes. African sculptures generally taking the form of human figures that comes in over-sized head with tiny body. The forms of the sculptures might not be so much interesting but if we figure out the meanings of it then we’ll know how the African really honor their Gods and religions. Today there are some African tribes remain use these sculptures as important parts of their religious rituals or even the main objects of worship while the modern artists today have adopted them as their inspiring objects for their art works.

No matter what kinds and forms of the arts presented there’s always a meaning underneath them all and if we’re able to capture the meaning of it then we’ll know how valuable those arts are.
